Soufra (The Clean Spice Kitchen) is a family-run catering and private dining kitchen operated by Nazia, Junaid & family, cooking along the Costa Blanca and Valencia region, Spain. This policy covers the website at soufraspain.com.
When you place a weekly order, book catering or a workshop, or send us a message, we collect what you give us directly through our forms: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, delivery address, dietary notes, and any other details you choose to share. We don't collect payment card numbers through this site — payment is arranged separately by bank transfer, Bizum, or cash.
Our order and contact forms work through WhatsApp. When you submit one, it opens a pre-filled message addressed to our business WhatsApp number — nothing is sent to us unless you then choose to send that message yourself from your own WhatsApp account. WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, and your use of it is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We use the details you send us to prepare, confirm and deliver your order, booking or enquiry, and to communicate with you about it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep order and booking details for as long as we need them to fulfil your order and for our own basic business records, and no longer than necessary.
This site may use standard, widely-used tools (such as Google) to understand overall visitor traffic and site performance. These tools don't identify you personally.
